Disbursement Underwriter

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Disbursement Underwriter will review and approve disbursement ACH requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies while helping to prevent fraud and support customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize the DRP tool to analyze client debit and credit histories across various sites
• Confirm financial transactions and contributions through AWD and validate Medallion Signature Guarantees
• Engage with clients and representatives to verify requests and escalate potential fraud concerns as needed

Required qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in customer service or fraud prevention
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills for risk assessment
• Experience reviewing financial transactions or policy-related transactions
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and regulatory requirements
