Disbursements Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a 12-month contract basis, the Disbursements Financial Analyst will analyze accounts and data for accuracy, manage tax identification applications, and prepare quarterly and yearly reconciliation reports.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze accounts and data, providing reports and resolving discrepancies
• Manage the application process for tax identification numbers and respond to agency inquiries
• Prepare quarterly and yearly reconciliation reports for income tax reporting

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in accounting
• Two to four years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Moderate Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
• Strong analytic skills for data examination and problem resolution
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a remote work environment
