Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disbursements Service Representative II to support its Insurance Operations in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process complex Life disbursements, ensuring timely completion while meeting quality and service standards
• Research and resolve disbursement issues in accordance with established procedures
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and suggest process improvements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2-3+ years of client customer support experience in operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Life Operations experience is preferred
