Disclosure Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disclosure-Opening Coordinator to support the Disclosure Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and distribute initial disclosures to ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations
• Validate fees entered by loan officers or third-party originators for accuracy
• Monitor and track the pipeline of loans to ensure timely and accurate documentation

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Working knowledge of Word, PDF, and Excel programs
• Experience in Encompass LOS system preferred
• Familiarity with Mavent compliance analysis required
