Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disclosure Desk Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue initial disclosures, including Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures for Non-QM loans
• Review loan files to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain adherence to disclosure standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather required information and manage disclosure timelines for timely document issuance

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in mortgage lending, specifically with Non-QM loans and disclosure preparation
• Strong knowledge of TRID, RESPA, TILA, and other mortgage-related regulations
• Experience with Encompass (LOS) and familiarity with mortgage industry software
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
