Disclosure Desk Specialist

Job Summary

To support the preparation and delivery of mortgage loan disclosures, the full-time remote Disclosure Desk Specialist will manage compliance with federal, state, and investor guidelines while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and review initial and re-disclosures within regulatory timelines, ensuring compliance with TRID, RESPA, and ECOA
• Validate loan fees and changes in circumstances, utilizing state and county fee matrices for accurate disclosures
• Review loan documents for accuracy and completeness, maintaining quality and production standards while meeting internal and external client service expectations

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage experience
• Experience with Fannie/Freddie, HUD, VA, and USDA disclosures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
