Disclosure Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disclosure Management Escalations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate data for Initial Loan Estimates and Change of Circumstance requests, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Communicate with various stakeholders to resolve issues related to loan processing and disclosures
• Assist management with audits, training support, and special projects while adhering to compliance policies

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; GED or foreign equivalent accepted
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Residential Mortgage
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Preferred: Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science
• Knowledge of compliance changes related to Reg Z, RESPA, TILA, and MDIA is advantageous
