Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disclosure Specialist to ensure compliance with loan disclosures in the mortgage industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter data for new loans and manage initial submissions
• Print and mail loan disclosures to customers and review necessary changes throughout the loan process
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure all disclosures comply with RESPA-TILA/TRID regulations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred experience in the mortgage industry
• Ability to complete mandatory company trainings within required timelines
• Familiarity with compliance and fraud reporting processes
• Experience with data entry and managing loan documentation
