Disclosure Specialist

Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring compliance with RESPA-TILA/TRID regulations, the full-time Disclosure Specialist will enter loan data, manage disclosures, and maintain regulatory standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and manage data for initial and re-disclosures of Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures
• Review and process Change of Circumstance requests in accordance with federal and state laws
• Calculate closing figures and ensure all disclosures are compliant with current regulations

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred experience in the mortgage industry
• Familiarity with RESPA-TILA/TRID regulations
• Ability to complete mandatory company trainings within required timelines
