Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disclosure-Opening Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Disclosure-Opening team with daily activities and inquiries
Train and mentor new employees while monitoring workflow to meet SLAs
Serve as a backup to the Disclosure-Opening Manager and communicate with associates regarding file clarifications

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Team lead or management experience
Experience with Encompass 360
General knowledge of loan products and processes
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
