Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Disconnect Admin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track all disconnect activities for designated Clients
- Submit disconnects with incumbent providers
- Follow up on all open disconnects monthly
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- 1+ years' related experience
- Previous telecom/IT experience preferred but not required
- Proficient in MS Office applications with specific emphasis on Excel and Outlook
- Ability to learn and understand custom software systems/portals and other online tools
