Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Disconnect Admin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and track all disconnect activities for designated Clients
  • Submit disconnects with incumbent providers
  • Follow up on all open disconnects monthly

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma
  • 1+ years' related experience
  • Previous telecom/IT experience preferred but not required
  • Proficient in MS Office applications with specific emphasis on Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and understand custom software systems/portals and other online tools
