Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Discord server
• Moderate conversations to ensure a positive, inclusive environment
• Recruit, train, and manage moderators while setting guidelines and workflows

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing or scaling a Discord community
• Strong understanding of internet culture
• Experience with community moderation tools and bots
• Must be available to actively manage and monitor the community on weekends
