Job Summary

Seeking a passionate and adaptable Discord Community Manager, this remote hourly position will manage community engagement for entertainment and gaming clients, focusing on building inclusive spaces, moderating discussions, and coordinating campaign activations during flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Lead community engagement planning and execution across key platforms, developing voice, tone, and moderation standards
• Build positive community spaces and manage onboarding flows for new members
• Monitor community sentiment and provide reporting on community health and campaign performance

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in community management or related roles
• Demonstrated experience managing online communities across platforms like Discord and Reddit
• Solid understanding of Discord, including server structure and moderation tools
• Strong knowledge of gaming communities and player behavior
• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to adapt writing style for different brands
