Job Summary

A company is looking for a Discount and Payment Processor - Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and process student discounts and payments, ensuring compliance with university policies
• Provide support for billing and accounts receivable inquiries from students
• Communicate with students and third-party affiliates to reconcile accounts and coordinate payments

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree
• 1 year of experience in student accounts, finance, or accounting, preferably in higher education
• 1 year of experience with Excel, general reporting, and analysis
• Equivalent relevant experience may substitute for education requirements
• Strong understanding of accounting theory and practices
