Job Summary
Experienced product managers will find a full-time salaried opportunity as a Discovery Product Manager, responsible for defining and owning the product vision and strategy for search-driven digital experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product discoverability.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for discovery, including search relevance and product recommendations
- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to improve search algorithms and enhance user experience
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle management for discovery features from ideation through continuous optimization
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of product management experience focused on search, discovery, or findability products
- Proven experience owning search and browse features in digital commerce or content-heavy platforms
- Deep understanding of search fundamentals and experience with search platforms like Elasticsearch or Solr
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in search analytics and A/B experimentation
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence
