Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or a high-volume call center
- Proficient in computer-based programs such as Excel and Outlook, as well as dispatch software
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Positive and outgoing attitude with the ability to work in a team in a high-pressure environment
