Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispatch Lead who will manage dispatch operations and lead a team of dispatchers within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate routing of legal documents
• Provide guidance and support to a team of dispatchers on complex assignments
• Source and manage offline vendors to fill coverage gaps and negotiate rates

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in legal dispatch, process serving, or related legal operations
• Experience coordinating with offline or on-demand vendors preferred
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Proficiency in dispatch or case management platforms
