Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispatch Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor workflow and assign work to technicians
• Provide updates on work progress and escalate issues as needed
• Communicate with customers to reschedule appointments and update on order status

Required Qualifications:

• Reside in specific states for consideration
• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Experience in utilizing internal systems for work tasks
• Pass/Fail training may be required
• May need to share a room with others performing similar work
