Dispatch Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispatch Specialist (2nd Shift).

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch roadside assistance requests to service providers and club fleet in a timely manner
• Engage with AAA Members and service partners to ensure exceptional customer experience and timely assistance
• Monitor and document the progression of roadside assistance requests and escalate concerns as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
• Ability to work extra hours and overtime as needed
• A dedicated, quiet workspace without interruptions
• High-speed internet connected directly via Ethernet is required
