Dispatch Specialist
Job Summary
To support operations in the Reno area, the part-time hourly Dispatch Specialist will manage customer inquiries, service-related issues, and technician scheduling while working remotely from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and courteous communication with internal and external customers
- Monitor and evaluate service technician schedules to optimize call completion
- Document customer interactions and support the resolution of issues escalated from Customer Service Representatives
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience preferred
- Local residency in Reno, Nevada
