Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize systems to monitor workflow and load work to qualified technicians
- Evaluate and reassign work to available technicians as needed
- Communicate with technicians to resolve force availability imbalances
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of related experience
- Basic/fundamental knowledge of Word, Excel, and Microsoft programs
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- Strong computer skills
- Willingness to accept change and shift in responsibilities
