Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispatch Supervisor for the 2nd Shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of Dispatch Associates to ensure effective communication with members and service providers
  • Handle escalated member interactions and ensure associates meet quality and safety goals
  • Plan and monitor daily workflow, manage resources, and participate in team member selection and development
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years in a high-volume contact center or dispatch environment
  • 5+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience in a contact center
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
