Dispatch Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispatch Supervisor who supervises daily dispatch operations and tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees daily activities of the dispatch department to meet productivity and quality goals
• Coordinates resolution of service orders and customer service issues
• Supervises processing of paperwork and manages GPS and MAS data input

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. (accredited)
• 4 years of previous experience in dispatching and driver management
• General supervisory experience
