Dispatch Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing daily dispatch operations for both Commercial and Residential lines of business, the fully remote Dispatch Supervisor will manage a team of approximately 15 employees, ensuring efficient communication and service delivery while optimizing workflows and addressing operational challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the dispatch department to meet productivity and quality goals
• Coordinate the resolution of service orders and customer service issues
• Manage live dispatch operations and oversee the processing of paperwork, including billing backlog

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. (accredited)
• 4 years of previous experience in dispatching and driver management
• General supervisory experience
