Dispatch Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing daily dispatch operations for both Commercial and Residential lines of business, the fully remote Dispatch Supervisor will manage a team of approximately 15 employees, ensuring effective communication and service delivery to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees daily activities of the dispatch department to meet productivity and quality goals
• Coordinates resolution of service orders and customer service issues
• Supervises processing of paperwork, including billing backlog, and manages live dispatch operations

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. (accredited)
• 4 years of previous experience in dispatching and driver management
• General supervisory experience
