Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispatch Support Specialist to manage daily logistics for field technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch service calls based on urgency and technician specialty
• Maintain communication with field technicians, service managers, and customers for status updates
• Strategically plan the next day's schedule to ensure maximum efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional dispatching experience, preferably in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
• High School Diploma or GED required
