Job Summary

To support community safety initiatives, the full-time Dispatcher will oversee scheduling and dispatch activities for Technicians, ensuring efficient appointment management and communication with customers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Technician schedules to maximize productivity and minimize missed appointments
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust activities to meet productivity targets

Required qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a scheduling/routing function or related operational role
• Strong communication skills with experience in a matrixed organization
• Ability to manage multiple commitments in a fast-paced environment
• Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
