Key Responsibilities

• Assist Transportation Providers with questions, schedules, and trip modifications or cancellations
• Document complaints, incidents, and provider concerns according to procedures
• Input accurate trip data and ensure compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Zero (0) plus years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively
• Ability to quickly learn new technology and processes
