Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispatcher.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor internal task board to identify aging unclaimed jobs
• Reach out to servers to claim jobs and resolve issues related to missing customer information
• Report trends in stuck jobs and notify recruiters of areas needing additional coverage

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Ability to work collaboratively within a small team
• Familiarity with using communication tools such as text, phone, and email
• Proficiency in monitoring and reporting trends
• Understanding of legal document delivery processes is a plus
