Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Six months to one year of related customer service experience or equivalent education and experience
• Familiarity with databases, internet, spreadsheet, and word processing software
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds
• Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports
