Job Summary

To support the Western Washington logistics team, the full-time Dispatcher will utilize route management software to schedule and coordinate specimen pickups while managing high volumes of email and phone traffic in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Utilize route management software to schedule and dispatch specimen pickups
• Manage email and phone communications to coordinate resources effectively
• Ensure productivity and expense targets are met while maintaining customer satisfaction

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6 months or more of previous driver/courier experience preferred
• Strong computer skills and ability to utilize multiple databases
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
