Dispatcher

Job Summary

Coordinating daily truck schedules, the full-time Dispatcher will manage aggregate and asphalt deliveries, support project teams, and ensure efficient material transport while maintaining communication with drivers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch trucks for deliveries across various shifts
• Build efficient routes and adjust schedules based on real-time conditions
• Serve as the communication link between drivers, brokers, project managers, and customers

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of dispatch, logistics, transportation, or related experience (preferred but not required)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort using computer systems and learning dispatch software
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
