Dispatcher Enterprise Imaging

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispatcher, Enterprise Imaging - Part Time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all imaging orders meet dispatching requirements and communicate with technologists efficiently
• Dispatch radiology and ultrasound orders to appropriate staff and communicate with facilities/clients regarding scheduling
• Inform stakeholders of any delays or issues that may impact customer service

Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years' experience in customer service or dispatching logistics
• Background in imaging preferred
• Familiarity with call center technology, including phone and CRM/CRT systems
• Knowledge of medical terminology
