Dispatcher for Imaging Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispatcher, Enterprise Imaging Access Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all orders meet minimum requirements for dispatching, including communication of prep and scheduling details
• Dispatch radiology and ultrasound orders to appropriate technologists and communicate with them to confirm receipt and turnaround times
• Handle inbound calls regarding ETAs and communicate with facilities/clients about order clarifications and scheduling changes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years' experience in customer service or dispatching logistics
• Background in imaging preferred
