Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispatcher II.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer service calls and log them accurately in the work order system
• Field questions from customers and staff, directing them to the appropriate location
• Monitor MiChart Grand Central and other systems to direct staff and meet timeliness metrics

Required Qualifications

• Ability and desire to provide excellent customer service
• Experience with the MiChart EVS Command Center or Patient Transportation Module
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good judgment, especially when working independently during off shifts
