Job Summary

Cross-trained in all dispatch roles, the full-time remote Swing Dispatcher/Router will manage staffing coverage, provide training support for new hires, and optimize route efficiency while ensuring operational best practices are followed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to the Area Dispatch Supervisor and ensure all shifts are monitored and covered
• Manage cross-training and new hire training processes while participating in operational improvements
• Collaborate with dispatchers and routers to resolve route coverage and optimize efficiency

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. (accredited)
• At least 2 years of previous dispatching experience
• Strong communication and computer skills
