Dispatcher with DOT Certification

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispatcher to manage product deliveries and ensure customer service efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Forecast and schedule deliveries of bulk cryogenic gases to meet customer expectations
• Process customer requests and maintain accurate records of product requirements and replenishment schedules
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external customers to ensure uninterrupted supply and delivery

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree in supply chain, operations management, logistics, or business administration preferred
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an operational/management support role
• Experience in transportation and distribution, specifically in dispatching and routing
• Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite applications and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations related to commercial truck fleets
