Job Summary
Focusing on invoice controls and compliance, the full-time Dispenser Activation Governance Analyst will manage governance frameworks for dispenser installation services while collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to standards and policies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement go-to-market policies for the KCP sales organization and third-party installers
- Oversee validation of dispenser installation invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with documentation requirements
- Lead the resolution process for invoice disputes, maintaining strong relationships with third-party partners
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- 7+ years of experience in chargeback, pricing, or audit, preferably in a B2B environment
- Experience in developing work standards, training content, and operational controls
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify control gaps and recovery opportunities
- Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SAP, Vistex, or BI/Power BI
