Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispute Analyst who will manage the analysis and processing of Mastercard and Visa disputes for payment card customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and process disputes from Mastercard and Visa for payment card customers
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the payment schemes to facilitate the chargeback process
  • Ensure compliance with defined policies and regulations while mitigating financial risk
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in dispute resolution or related financial services
  • Knowledge of Mastercard and Visa dispute processes and regulations
