Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispute Analyst - P2P.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arbitrate customer disputes and investigate trading activities to maintain marketplace safety
  • Create processes to achieve business goals in customer service and provide feedback for product improvements
  • Ensure continuous customer experience surveys and share learning from complaints across the organization
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of customer-facing experience or as a customer service representative
  • Strong IT skills for handling technical queries from customers
  • Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is a plus
  • Willingness to work weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts
  • A Binance P2P user is highly preferred
