Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispute Analyst to handle incoming dispute claims and first payment defaults.

Key Responsibilities
  • Intake, analyze, and research dispute claims while ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Communicate professionally with clients and partners throughout the dispute process
  • Monitor disputed transactions to identify risks and assist with payment resolutions
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field, or 1 year of relevant experience
  • Ability to read and interpret various documents and write routine reports
  • Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to follow detailed instructions
