Job Summary
Resolving customer disputes and chargeback cases, the full-time Dispute Analyst will work remotely to enhance processes and tools while collaborating with internal teams and external banking institutions.
Key responsibilities
- Review and efficiently resolve payment disputes and chargebacks based on established policies and procedures
- Collaborate with Customer Success and internal groups to address dispute-related inquiries and issues
- Analyze payment exception scenarios and recommend process improvements for daily operations
Required qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in payment chargeback, dispute, or risk investigation
- Strong data analysis and investigative reporting skills
- Ability to document issues, proposed solutions, and training materials
- Proficiency in Excel and other software for creating reports and models
- Understanding of customer account management and service operations
