Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispute Client Conversion Specialist to lead Dispute Only Conversion/Deconversion Projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Chargeback Conversion/Deconversion projects to meet client expectations
  • Manage platform/system phases of Chargeback tasks for client conversions and implementations
  • Create and maintain project documentation to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years relevant Dispute operations experience required
  • Client facing project leadership and card processing experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of debit and credit card processing and Dispute Operations
  • Proven facilitation and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
