Job Summary
A company is looking for a Dispute Client Conversion Specialist to lead Dispute Only Conversion/Deconversion Projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Chargeback Conversion/Deconversion projects to meet client expectations
- Manage platform/system phases of Chargeback tasks for client conversions and implementations
- Create and maintain project documentation to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 3 years relevant Dispute operations experience required
- Client facing project leadership and card processing experience preferred
- Working knowledge of debit and credit card processing and Dispute Operations
- Proven facilitation and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
