Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Dispute Correspondence Support (Remote, or onsite - EST).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze complaints, focusing on business/regulatory errors
  • Maintain and update customer complaint file tracking system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve open complaints

Required Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Minimum of two years of related mortgage banking or financial industry experience
  • High school diploma or GED required, college education preferred
