A company is looking for a Specialist, Dispute Correspondence Support (Remote, or onsite - EST).
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze complaints, focusing on business/regulatory errors
- Maintain and update customer complaint file tracking system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve open complaints
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Minimum of two years of related mortgage banking or financial industry experience
- High school diploma or GED required, college education preferred
