Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Dispute Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the fraud/non-fraud Chargeback Processing staff
- Monitor quality scores and provide feedback and coaching to staff regarding their performance
- Respond to client/member escalations and ensure timely resolution within department guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Minimum four (4) years supervisory experience or relevant experience in the debit/credit card/financial services industry
- Thorough knowledge of Visa/MasterCard Chargeback Rules and Regulation E & Z
- Proven leadership and organizational skills
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
- Extensive customer service background; Resolution Center experience preferred
