Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Dispute Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the fraud/non-fraud Chargeback Processing staff
  • Monitor quality scores and provide feedback and coaching to staff regarding their performance
  • Respond to client/member escalations and ensure timely resolution within department guidelines
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum four (4) years supervisory experience or relevant experience in the debit/credit card/financial services industry
  • Thorough knowledge of Visa/MasterCard Chargeback Rules and Regulation E & Z
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
  • Extensive customer service background; Resolution Center experience preferred
