Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate delivery of reconsideration/dispute resolution documents
Build case files, analyze cases, and make decisions based on medical vs. non-medical case type
Input data into required systems and respond to review requests

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of general office experience or relevant education/training
Experience in Medical Insurance or Claims preferred
