Dispute Resolution Analyst

Job Summary

Dispute Resolution Analyst, a contract position that is remote, performs routine appeals work supporting healthcare appeals and dispute resolution cases under close supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Medicare and healthcare appeals and dispute resolution cases
• Build and review case files to ensure regulatory validity
• Assist senior analysts and physician reviewers with second-level appeals

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree (college coursework or administrative training is a plus)
• 1+ year of general office, administrative, healthcare, or compliance-related experience
• Interest in healthcare, compliance, or regulatory work
• Experience with Medicare is a plus but not required
