Dispute Resolution Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the reconsideration and dispute resolution process, the full-time remote Dispute Resolution Analyst will coordinate the delivery of case files, analyze dispute resolution requests, and input data into required systems.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinates delivery of re-determination files and decisions from external entities
• Builds and analyzes reconsideration/dispute resolution case files to ensure compliance with CMS requirements
• Inputs data regarding cases into applicable systems and responds to review requests from appellants and providers

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of general office experience, with education in administration or business potentially substituting for experience
• Preferred healthcare experience
