Job Summary

Managing transaction disputes remotely, the full-time Dispute Resolution Officer will investigate and resolve issues across various payment products while ensuring compliance with scheme rules and minimizing financial risk to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, log, and manage disputes from merchants, banks, and internal teams, tracking them from initiation to resolution
  • Ensure compliance with scheme rules for international and domestic disputes, managing documentation and evidence submission
  • Liaise with stakeholders to provide updates and support merchant/customer support teams with accurate information
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in payments operations, disputes, or customer operations
  • Strong understanding of transaction life cycles and ability to interpret transaction logs and reports
  • Knowledge of card schemes (VISA, Mastercard) is a strong plus
  • Experience in fintech or banking is an advantage
