Job Summary
A company is looking for a Dispute Resolution Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage arbitration case load, including evaluation of provider disputes and client payment offers
- Draft briefs and prepare arbitration packages in compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for Independent Dispute Resolution submissions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (GED) with four years of experience in healthcare operations; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions regarding client offers and brief drafting
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a standard office environment, including prolonged periods of sitting and using office equipment
